Shipping
Each
order will be processed and shipped after payment has been authorized and
confirmed. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship orders. All orders
are shipped USPS priority mail. There is a $6.00 shipping charge for orders
under $100.00. Orders over $100.00 are shipped FREE.
PLEASE NOTE: Overnight shipping is available for an additional $22.00 on ALL orders (including those over $100.00) by entering "OVERNIGHT" (all CAPS) in the "SPECIAL CODES" field on the order form. Your order will NOT be processed overnight unless you enter the code correctly.
Payment
We
accept MasterCard, Visa, and Money Orders.
Sales
Tax
Sales
tax will be charged on orders shipped in New York State.
Availability
and Prior Sales
We
want our customers to feel special wearing our jewelry, so we carry a very
limited quantity of each design and therefore cannot guarantee the
availability once it is labeled SOLD.
We will do our best to recreate a SOLD piece, but remember, each design is
hand crafted and we cannot guarantee an exact duplication. Please see CUSTOM
ORDERS.
Returns
and Exchanges
If
you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return or exchange
the unworn item within 14 days from receipt of your purchase. First, you must click
here, and request a return authorization. After you receive the return
authorization, you may package the return with the original receipt/invoice
and tags. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned or exchanged items
must be in original condition. The item must be shipped prepaid in a BOX.
Items returned in envelopes will not be accepted.
Custom
Orders
We
will be happy to design a piece to meet your request, or a "similar" piece if
we no longer have the item you want in stock (see Prior Sales). We cannot
guarantee an exact duplicate, but it will have the same "feeling", however,
the shape & size of stones or beads may vary. No refunds on custom orders.
Please allow 3 weeks for special orders: payment is due at time of order.
Warranty
All
KSP Jewelry has a one month warranty. We will repair/replace any problem
resulting from a production or design flaw within our one month warranty
period. After the warranty period expires all repairs and or replacements are
subject to a charge plus shipping and handling. Please follow the procedure
outlined above under Returns when submitting your claim.
Please
note that one of a kind pendants or stones are often difficult to find, and
sometimes it may not be possible to replace them.
